Is a graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy, “Al. I. Cuza” University in Iași (2001-2005) and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (2005-2007). She was a collaborator of the sociological research team in the study “Professional Reintegration of Former Prisoners,” conducted by the Social Alternatives Organization Iași, in collaboration with “Al. I. Cuza” University Iași (2002), and as part of the “For a Society Without Abandonment” Campaign, carried out by the World Vision Iași Foundation (2002).

She worked with the Cultural Association “Vector” Iași (2003-2006), as a cultural mediator for the CARTier project, implemented in cooperation with the Swiss Cultural Program in Romania “Pro Helvetia/SDC” (2004-2006), and was part of the organizing team for the Contemporary Art Biennale “Periferic 6” (2003). She is the co-author of the volume “Tătărași: The Memory of a Neighborhood,” published by “Al. I. Cuza” University Press Iași (2007), and the creator of the documentary film Intimacy of the Collective (filming and editing by Dragoș Alexandrescu, 2005).

In 2006, she was hired at the Theatre of Youth Piatra Neamț as a literary secretary. She worked there for 13 years, holding various positions: literary secretary (2006-2011), deputy director (2011-2014), head of artistic services (2015-2018), and artistic consultant (2014-2015; 2018-2019). She coordinated the Piatra Neamț Theatre Festival from 2006 to 2017 and contributed to the creation of the anniversary album “Teatrul Tineretului – 50 Years” (2008).

Between 2020-2023, she worked at the “G.T. Kirileanu” Library Neamț, where she organized creative workshops, children’s reading clubs, creative writing workshops for teenagers, and coordinated the literary anthology Creativ GTK, vol. 1 (2021) and vol. 2 (2022), Sensul Publishing, Piatra Neamț.

Since December 2023, she has returned to the Theatre of Youth Piatra Neamț as an artistic consultant.
